evaluation and treatment -

A one-hour, one-on-one, individualized evaluation using a holistic approach, to assess all potential factors causing your pain or limitation. We don’t just focus on your symptoms; we find the root of the issue and provide you with lasting results. We review your options of evidence based treatments and take action!

therapeutic MASSAGE -

Specialized manual techniques are used to: aid in relaxation, reduce pain, improve blood flow, maximize your mobility and significantly reduce your recovery time. Techniques offered: sports massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, shiatsu, trigger point, reflexology, Swedish, neuromuscular, lymphatic drainage and prenatal massages.

INJURY RISK ASSESSMENT -

An innovative screening method used to evaluate the quality of movement patterns during various fundamental movements. the process exposes areas that are a higher risk of injury due to imbalances, weakness or lack of flexibility.   

VIDEO MOVEMENT ANALYSIS -

A detailed video analysis of your biomechanics during common athletic movements. It provides a customized diagnostic report with visual evidence of predispositions to injury or limitations in performance.

BODY PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT -

We all have good days and bad days, so emotion is not a reliable measurement for success. With the body performance assessment, you can obtain objective performance metrics for baseline measurements.  This assessment includes body composition, strength, flexibility, balance, agility and endurance tests.

RUNNING ANALYSIS -

Functional screening and video analysis are used to develop a diagnostic report that will identify faulty repetitive mechanics that predispose you to injury or cause limitations in performance.

CYCLING ANALYSIS -

Cycling is a high mileage, endurance sport. Faulty repetitive mechanics lead to injury or limitations in an athlete’s performance. With video analysis and functional movement screening, we can identify and eliminate areas of risk or limitation. Allowing you the freedom to perform at your best!

RETURN TO SPORT ANALYSIS -
